This is Akatsuki's most popular and recommended course! It starts with our specialty pufferfish shabu-shabu, which you'll want to order more of! Enjoy appetizers and a fresh sashimi platter, then finish with our popular Western dishes: crab miso gratin and fatty salmon roe and porcini mushroom pasta. It's a satisfying course!
